16. Additional charges where functions are performed off station.

When an application is made for the Department of Civil Aviation to perform a function in respect of which a charge is specified in these regulations as a result of which the Department deems it necessary for a member, employee or representative to travel outside the place which he/she is normally stationed, the applicant shall pay, in addition to the appropriate charge specified, a charge equal to the additional cost thereby incurred during which such member, employee or representative is absent from the place in which he/she is normally stationed.
