12. Statement of Airworthiness for Export, Certificate of Airworthiness for Export, Special Flight Permits or Special Airworthiness Certificates

When an application is made for a statement of airworthiness for export or Certificate of Airworthiness for Export in respect of an aircraft the applicant shall pay the full cost for investigations required by the Department of Civil Aviation plus a charge of:

1. Not exceeding 6,000 lbs.
2. Exceeding 6,000 lbs. and up to 12,000 lbs.
3. Exceeding 12,000 lbs. and up to 30,000 lbs.
4. Exceeding 30,000 lbs. and up to 100,000 lbs.
5. Exceeding 100,000 lbs.
