11. Technical Assessment of Foreign Registered Aircraft

Upon making application for the technical assessment of a foreign registered aircraft operated under the terms of a Belize Air Operators Certificate, Operating Certificate or Operations Authorization, the applicant shall pay in respect of each complete year of validity applied for in respect of the certificate, the cost of any investigation required by the Department of Civil Aviation, plus:

1. Not exceeding 6,000 lbs.
2. Exceeding 6,000 lbs. and up to 12,000 lbs.
3. Exceeding 12,000 lbs. and up to 30,000 lbs.
4. Exceeding 30,000 lbs. and up to 100,000 lbs.
5. Exceeding 100,000 lbs.
